Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation with all your details. You may also receive a reminder prior to your visit to ensure your appointment is confirmed.

Before Your Appointment

Please make sure your appointment is confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. If you currently have product on your nails, ensure your selected service includes removal if needed.

During Your Visit

You will be welcomed into a clean, calm, and private environment where your service is performed with precision, care, and attention to detail.

After Your Appointment

You will leave with beautifully finished, long-lasting nails and guidance on how to maintain your results.

Important Booking Policies

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Less than 24 hours: 50% fee
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% fee

Payment Policy

All cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.

Booking & Rescheduling

All bookings and changes must be made directly through Fresha to ensure accuracy.
